A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Marin Felix has had an extensive career in mortgages which began in 2016 with the nations top mortgage lender through their underwriting side. This is important because it helped him develop the complete understanding of not only what is needed to help his clients originate their mortgage, but also the complexities required to have them close as well. This understanding of his clients helped transition his role into a Mortgage Loan Officer later that year. It did not take long for Marin to showcase himself as a top performer, in 2018 he received a nomination for his continued success with the nations #1 mortgage lender having closed over $125 million in volume for his clients.
When asked what attributed to the accolades, Marin’s response was, “My clients are my people, and no one gets left behind”. The eagerness to stay solution focused in any given situation that his clients have presented to him has helped him earn a majority of his business through direct referrals from his previous clients.
